Cream-O Fruits Overnight Oats

Eating breakfast is the most important meal in everyday, Skipping the morning meal can cause you to get tired easily. According to the National Institutes of Health Not eating breakfast increases your risk of hypoglycemia or low-blood sugar. This condition can bring on physical symptoms such as shakiness, dizziness, weakness, headaches, tingling, an a rapid heart rate.”

I know waking up early just to prepare your breakfast is a bit lazy to do, and sometimes it makes you late in your job or errands and sometimes we didn’t enjoy our first meal in a day because where hurry to prepare for it. But, there’s a solution to our biggest problem. It’s easy and quick to make and the good thing about it’s a healthy meal and it can do by overnight oats. I guess you know what i’m talking about some of you might have seen my post in my social media handles regards this. Yes, you’re correct it’s @QuakerOatsPhilippines ✨ #QuakerBreakfastClub

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED 💪

  • 4 tablespoons Whole grain Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 cup lowfat milk
  • 4 tablespoons 0% fat stawberry yogurt
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 4pcs of Cream-O (2pcs for toppings, 2pcs crushed at the bottom)

1. Step one, Add Whole grain Rolled Oats in a Jar.

2. Add your low fat milk

3. Add your sliced apple and banana (any fruits is allowed)

4. Add your crushed cream-o

5. Add your yogurt

6. Last step is put your Cream-O and sliced banana on the top. And store it in your fridge you’ll have your overnight oats.

It’s easy recipe for everyone especially when you’re always late to wake up in the morning. Like what I said a while ago, You can do it at overnight oatmeal. Then, the next morning you’ll just need to transfer it out to your favorite plate or bowl and ready to eat 😋
